Why credits instead of fixed Packs?
Credits work across every action in the app — compliance check (free), HD main image (5 credits), Photo Pack (25 credits), listing copy (5 credits). Buying a fixed Pack for $9.99 would lock you to one product. The same $9.99 in credits covers one Pack OR five separate HD main fixes across different SKUs OR a mix — whatever your week actually needs. Credits also never expire, so a 25-pack you buy today can be used three months from now.
What does each action cost in credits?
Compliance check: 0 credits (free, rate-limited per IP). HD main image fix (2000×2000 white background): 5 credits. Product Photo Pack (4 images): 25 credits. Amazon listing copy (title + 5 bullets + description + 20 backend keywords): 5 credits. Total for everything on one product = 35 credits. The $9.99 / 25-credit pack covers a full Photo Pack and is the most common purchase for sellers launching one product at a time.
How does the monthly subscription work?
Pro ($49.99/mo) drops 500 credits into your balance every billing cycle on top of any one-time packs you've bought. That's roughly 20 Photo Packs or 100 HD main image fixes per month. Credits from the subscription are additive — they don't reset at the start of each month. If you bought a 125-credit pack and then start a Pro subscription, you'd have 125 + 500 = 625 credits on day 1, and 625 + 500 = 1125 after the second monthly invoice. Cancel anytime; unused credits stay in your balance permanently.
Can I get a refund if I bought credits but the tool doesn't work for me?
Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: yes, refundable on request via support. After 7 days or if you've spent credits, we don't refund automatically — but if a specific generation fails outright (no usable output), reach out with the listing ID and we'll refund those credits manually. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and you keep all credits already in your balance.
